We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Pre-payment arrangements can also be made. Sorry, no CODs or Money Orders accepted. All orders will be charged for shipping and handling. California Residents please add 8.25% Sales Tax.

SHIPPING:
All orders will be shipped UPS ground unless otherwise requested.

RETURNS:
There will be a 15% restocking fee for all returned items (Opened Software may not be returned). All defective products will be repaired or exchanged. All returns must have an RMA number. Returns without an RMA number will NOT be accepted!

ON-SITE SUPPORT:
On-Site installation and support is available in the San Francisco Bay Area. Please call for information on projects outside of the Bay Area.
