Our primary coverage area is the San Francisco Bay Area, although we manage quite a few installations outside of that area, including Southern California, Nevada, Arizona, Texas, and Florida.
In today's age, the power of the internet allows us to efficiently manage networks independently of physical location.

RATES:
Please contact us for information on our current rates. Rates are dependent on the work that needs to be done and the level of expertise required.
We offer discounted rates for pre-paid blocks of time, extended commitments, and ongoing projects.

MANAGED SERVICES:
Please contact us for information on our Managed Services. We offer workstation and server management and monitoring for all company sizes.
Terms & Conditions

PAYMENT TERMS:
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Pre-payment arrangements can also be made. Sorry, no CODs or Money Orders accepted. All orders will be charged for shipping and handling. California Residents please add 8.25% Sales Tax.

SHIPPING:
All orders will be shipped UPS ground unless otherwise requested.

RETURNS:
There will be a 15% restocking fee for all returned items (Opened Software and special order items may not be returned). All defective products will be repaired or exchanged. All returns must have an RMA number. Returns without a proper RMA will NOT be accepted!

ON-SITE SUPPORT:
On-Site installation and support is available in the San Francisco Bay Area. Please call for information on projects outside of the Bay Area.
